This page is maintained by Grace Domicilium International to set out the rules for using the GDI Finance portal.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GDI Finance portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Grace Domicilium International may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Eligibility
The portal is intended for registered members and authorised staff of Grace Domicilium International. To create a member account, you must be at least 12 years old and have a valid church-issued GDI Number.
Accounts for administrators and pastors are created by the church leadership. You may only use the portal role that has been assigned to you.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and any passkey or biometric credential secure. Do not share your login details with anyone.
If you suspect that someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and contact the church administrator.
Prohibited Conduct
When using the portal, you agree not to:
- Share your login details with another person.
- Submit false, forged, or misleading payment receipts.
- Impersonate another member or staff member.
- Access parts of the portal that you are not authorised to use.
- Use the platform to send spam, abuse, or harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt the platform or bypass its security controls.
Contributions and Payments
Members can submit records of their giving (such as tithe, thanksgiving sacrifice, and welfare dues) through the portal. A submission is not complete until it has been reviewed and approved by an authorised administrator.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details, receipts, and amounts you provide are accurate. Grace Domicilium International may reverse or correct any submission that is found to be incorrect or fraudulent.
Intellectual Property
The GDI Finance name, logo, and all content and materials on the portal are owned by Grace Domicilium International or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.
Termination and Suspension
Grace Domicilium International may suspend or terminate your access to the portal at any time if you violate these terms, if your account is inactive, or if your membership status requires it. You may also request account closure by contacting the administrator.
Disclaimers
The portal is provided on an "as is" basis. Grace Domicilium International aims to keep the platform accurate and available, but does not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grace Domicilium International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal, including any loss of data or unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the portal will be resolved under the courts of Ghana.
Changes to These Terms
Grace Domicilium International may update these Terms of Use as the platform or church practices change. The current version will always be available at this page, and the effective date is shown at the top of the page.
